My complaint:
We were guests staying at the midvale utah location… The manager or man working at the desk kicked us out for no reason he asked my friend to put her mask up she tried to explain she had a doctors note for breathing purposes and instead of saying we require you to wear them he cut her off and just kicked us out… While walking out no one had there masks on including employees… I have this documented and witnesses of his unprofessional manner… He refused to give my money back for the unused nights and just keeping the deposit… We are the 6th room he kicked out and kept the cash… He did not need to kick us out his manorism and unprofessional behavior were shocking… He belittled me in front of other guests for no reason and was completely out of line… His employees are affraid of him and are aware of his illigal activities but are affraid to loose there jobs so dont speak up… Customer service and a great experience are not in anyway upheld at this location… The housekeeper told us to call the police because he is a thief… he turns the water off or something because everyday there is no pressure to even shower… Drugs are being sold out in the open and he turns his head to that but kicks legit people out who were complying with what he so rudley said…
Suggested solution:
I want my money returned for the nights he robbed from me... I'm not worried about the deposit but want my money returned... He told me to get a life when I demanded my unused nights refunded... He is not someone I would want representing my company...
