My complaint:
The staff is super nice however the rooms are not. The pictures online do not depict what the rooms actually look like. I’ll pay for the night I stayed but I’d like a partial refund.
The floors are dirty, sheets had hair. Room smells like someone smoking. I had to buy a blanket and pillows.
Suggested solution:
Refund minus 1 night stay.
