My complaint:
I was never informed that there was going to be maintenance when I checked in Yesterday….At 7amI was Rudely woken up with loud bangs on my door and when I opened it he began to talk to someone else I closed my door and they been banging on the walls under the air conditioner which they disconnected and they are laughing outside my door I asked them if they can keep it down then they start laughing again and bang on the side of my door and the wall and they keep laughing this has been going on for over three hrs going on 4 not to mention that the computers where down and looks like was charged double
Suggested solution:
Move me to another room and ask the construction workers to be more professional and not retaliate at the guest in the rooms
