My complaint:
First night, 1-10-21(Sunday after 7pm no receptionist)discovered room not properly clean(kitchen floor sticky, microwave dirty, carpet not vacuumed, bathroom not swept,, no tissue holder or garbage can, bedside table and lamp dirty, several screws and nails sticking out of the wall. 1-11-21 issued reported to front desk manager and was told no housekeeping available,will take care of issue tomorrow, no more rooms available until Wednesday, Now there’s an infestation of roaches in our room!
Suggested solution:
Refund for 2 nights stay and issue a new enhanced room
