My complaint:
I had rented a room for 2 weeks. My boyfriend was with me when we made the reservation. He did not have a state issued ID at the time. He did have a homeless ID. The manager would not take it. And said he could not stay. He could only visit. I was not given a time frame of visitation. So after seeing him there a few times we were then told to leave. He did not mention u would be prevented from ever renting a room. But now I have. I can not get a room with you. Can that be removed?
Suggested solution:
I would like to be able to rent a room when needed.
