My complaint:

I notified Sherelle and the maintenance man 3 weeks ago that my television was not working and nothing was done about said problem. I notified the maintenance man for the 10th time this evening that my television was not working and he did nothing resolve the problem. I am 76 years old, and wheelchair bound and am paying your premium rate for my room. Your company is denying my rights under the ADA of 1983 and all amendments thereto as well as discriminating against me as a disabled and elderly person in violation of USC 12 2367. I am a metallurgical engineer with a degree in business mgt., and my deceased wife was an attorney. If you do not resolve my complaint immediately I will have my attorney file complaints against your company for civil rights violations of my aforementioned rights under the U S Constitution and amendments thereto immediately asking for summary judgment for your intentional and outrageous violations of my Constitutional rights.

Suggested solution:

Fix my wi fi and television issues and reimburse my apartment rental fees for the last 3 months to compensate me for your violation of my Constitutional rights under Title 42 1983 and the ADA of 1983. You should be ashamed of yourself.
