My complaint:
I looked at the room first it looked ok but we we got in and settled found out the toilet don’t work neither does the microwave smelled like it was going to explode so I went back to see if I could get out in a different room cause I have small children and they use the bathroom a lot and with it not flushing was going to be a problem I told the general manager and she told me it was nothing she could do that’s why she allowed me to look at the room before but I didn’t know I was supposed to check to make sure the amenities work the roaches are taking over and smelled like straight cigarettes which I do not smoke the air conditioning unit was tapped up and the furniture was torn up and she also told me that they don’t have house keeping so I couldn’t get my sheets changed or get extra toiletries
Suggested solution:
They really need to close the location it's horrible
