My complaint:
They gave me room with heater not working it’s vey cold here in Dallas right now. I can’t sleep no customer service available to call No office open and today is Saturday on Sunday they close, they open Monday very disappointed very disrespectful I think the lady did on purpose by giving me room with no heat working
Suggested solution:
They need to fix my heat but right now I’m going to spend 2 nights with out heat until they open on Monday and who knows if they are willing to fix it
