My complaint:
On Christmas day we have no water due to busted pipes! Also my room as well was submerged in water as a result damaging clothes a property!
Suggested solution:
1 month free or total refund of money from ENTIRE time here, because I did NOT pay to have my things destroyed due to cheap maintenance
Good luck!!! I stay there as well and my room had extreme damages everything i own including all my childs xmas gifts soaking wet and ruined….was told to contact corporate about the entire situation and they said it was out of their control….so on xmas eve i get my ceiling falling apart along with fire alarm and who knows how many gallond of water flooding my room and everything we own my child tramuatized….no one on property for over a hour…fire department had busted several doors tryibg to get wayer turned off….soo much water n my room the fire dep… Read more »
