My complaint:
I was placed in a room that wasn’t ready on 12-13-20 the room flooded with sewer and feces all over room the manager took out some of my soiled items and promise to refund me for the 2 days I was owed never happened
I am currently reaching out to an attorney
Suggested solution:
I wish to be contacted first!!! Then reimbursed for all my items that were destroyed and I want my 2 days refunded back
