My complaint:

I was informed that the onsite manager opened the door and allowed a violent felon whom had a protective order against him into my room. He had stalked me previously and all day , he did not know what room I was in or what hotel, I had a friend come over to be with me before I went to work General. Management was not in the office all day so I could not speak to them regarding the issue. This person was NOT on my room did NOT have a key and did Not even say it was emergency, police was called and would not even go to the room they told me she was so wrong for what she did. If I was their he would of shot me and probably her as well. She seemed to think it was her right to enter my room without even calling any time she wanted. She has the perpetrator call my phone which he is blocked from contacting me. She did Not even call and ask if I was okay or to she if it was okay to let someone into my room.

Suggested solution:

This onsite manager needs terminated immediately. People can get killed for what she has done. I also need a refund since I had to relocate and can't stay at that location. I was out driving around till 3am running for my life, because of her disrespectful, dangerous acts and disregarding my personal safety and hers. I called other Intown suites in the area to see if they can accommodate me and they told me to call coorperate, but you have no direct line.
