My complaint:
My husband and I have been living here for almost 2 years. I only have one complaint but it is a big one. I am a patient person, but we have had enough. We have been without water now on at least 12 different occasions starting last year. It always seems to be on holidays, and Sundays mostly. We had no water on 4th of July, July 15th (my birthday), Thanksgiving, Christmas, most of the day Monday the 2nd, all night, and today the 3rd, it is past noon and still off. These are the days I can remember but has been off several more times and it is always off for very long periods of time…at least 5-12 hours at a time, some time longer! We have had to buy jugs of water to drink and wash our hands, I have been on my period more than once and not even been able to bathe. I strongly feel that we should be reimbursed or get a week free or something for the incredible inconvenience this has been for us. Thank you for your time, Lydia Lindahl

Figure out the problem, and fix it. I feel that it is very strange that it always seems to happen when the office is closed on Sunday. I strongly feel that we should be reimbursed or given some sort of discount on at least one week, as we have been here almost 2 years. I will also note that this has been my only complaint and would give the hotel very good reviews on everything else.
