My complaint:
I ask for my money to be refunded this morning .Felicia who works at the window said no .the reason for this is room 109 has roaches and the shower doesn’t run hot water to take a shower she said that the maintenance person don’t co.e in until Monday today is Saturday .
I refuse to wait until Monday to take a shower the tub water been running all night she was very rude and very unpleasant. I want my money back are I will have to take legal actions .I will upload pictures and I will keep a file for myself.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money this place is very nasty to allow anyone to stay at the roaches are big the place stinks the bed has wood under the mattress I am very unsatisfied with this and I booked this room for a whole week couldn\'t sleep due to the water running all night and the big roaches .you have by today to refund my money are you will hear from my lawyer .
