InTown Suites complaint: Refrigerator went out and all my food is ruined

My complaint:

I’ve been living here for months. I left home yesterday (122222) for work and returned back at 10:30 pm (121222). I opened the freezer and it was not cold and all of my food was thawed out. The bottom of the refrigerator was not cold either. Of course we call the front desk with no help at all. They tell us maintenance can’t check it til the next morning (122322) and they need permission from the manager for him to come check it. The next day the maintenance guy (Raymomd) came around 9:30 am (122322). I asked him what were they gona do about all my food that eas ruined. He stated food last 2 days after it thaws. I just purchased those groceries so they were not frozen all the way. I yell cause I’m upset about all thr food that went bad and told him to get out my room. He stops in the middle of my door and turns to me in a threatening manner and then he tell i can call whomever i wanted but they won’t replace my food. I asked was he going to bring me a new refrigerator he states he’ll try. Now i am here starving with no food

Suggested solution:

Replace all the food that went bad
