My complaint:

Okay we were staying at the hotel and we got there on the 17th and we left on the 21st because we could not sleep so much people banging on the doors people fighting and there is nobody that we can call the guy we called all we got was an answering machine and no response back I want to know why do we not get a refund for the days we did not stay your worker Roberto Garza is a non-cooperative worker he said that he’s the one that keeps the money for the refunds

I would like my refund for the days I did not stay because he did not tell me what I was signing all he did was tell us to sign the paper
