My complaint:
This has got to be the most HORRIBLE shady hotel chain I’ve EVER experienced!! Checked in at 8pm, saw the dead roach smashed on the ac unit. Thought, well maybe that’s it UNTIL we ordered a pizza and THREE MINUTES LATER saw a roach on my glass of tea. Eww. Granddaughter reached for a second piece of pizza and there was a roach in the box! Ewww again! Opened up the fridge and dammit, a bunch of dead baby roaches! Then, after I’d paid for 8 days l heard Efrin? from the one on Nacogdoches in San Antonio say they just evicted a guy from room 136 after they found bullet proof vests, loaded guns and ammunition in his room. Can you say mass shooter??!! And after ALL THIS, no refund, no partial refund, no NOTHING. Wouldn’t even give me the name of the regional manager (Mark McFee) or number because the number of the regional manager of a huge hotel chain is private. Roaches and loaded gunmen are just par for the course l guess. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT’S DISGUSTING. You’d think a major chain could refund money. Greedy and unscrupulous.

Stop false advertising of nice looking rooms because they're all sub standard
