My complaint:
The lady came banging on my door while I was sick in bed sayin we did not pay for that day but my husband had the receipt proving otherwise she tried busting through my door she called me a stupid b and then made me leave the property so that I couldn’t even help my husband move us to another motel I have a disabled child. She does drugs I know this for a fact she should not be working at InTown Suites… to treat her tenants like that we have been paying faithfully and she kicked me out anyway because I basically told her she was wrong and showed her the receipt! She threatened the cops on me all day long.. she made us go without AC for 2 days our AC stopped working she did it on her convenience as sick as I am it was so sweltering hot in there we didn’t pay to stay in a motel to be in the heat! She blamed it on our dogs IN WHICH SHE KNEW ABOUT FROM DAY 1! THERE WAS NO REASON WE SHOULD OF BEEN HARASSED LIKE THAT! SHE WAS WRONG NOT US! AFTER WE’VE BEEN THERE ALMOST A MONTH RIGHT BEFORE OUR DISCOUNT SHE DID THIS! IT WAS SO BAD MY HUSBAND HAD TO TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL LAST NIGHT BECAUSE MY ANXIETY WAS HIGH I FELT LIKE I WAS DYING BECAUSE OF THIS LADY SOMETHING IS GOT TO BE DONE I WILL NOT REST TILL SHE IS NO LONGER WORKING THERE AND IS FULLY 100% INVESTIGATED! SHE’S MEAN RUTHLESS VINDICTIVE AND IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB WHY ARE YOU WORKING THERE BUT THE WAY SHE TREATED MY FAMILY I COULD PROBABLY SUE HER AND THEN SHE REFUSED TO REFUND US THAT LAST DAY AFTER MAKING US LEAVE THE PROPERTY WHEN WE SHOWED HER THE RECEIPT PROVING HER WRONG SHE WENT OFF ON ME TRIED TO BUST THROUGH THE LOCKS ON THE DOOR! PLEASE INVESTIGATE HER I WILL NOT REST TIL I GET JUSTICE FOR ALL THEY HAVE PUT US THROUGH THERE IS DRUG IN AND OUT OF THAT PLACE SO BAD IT’S AWFUL! NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS! I’LL FIND A WAY TO GET ON THE NEWS IF I HAVE TO OVER THIS SO ONCE AGAIN PLEASE INVESTIGATE HER! HER NAME IS LEKITHA BUREAU
Suggested solution:
INVESTIGATE THIS LADY WHAT SHE DID TO US IS BEYOND WRONG! Nobody should be treated that way I felt like I was being beat down by her! The maid service there is horrible none of them are nice they basically took our money and then booted us out when we proved her wrong she was harassing me for absolutely no reason beyond harassing me she went as far as cursing me and calling me vulgar names!
