My complaint:
Reserved room for a week, they canceled before we even got there, they lie, they don’t clean, their website looks and sounds really good! It’s the worst place to stay! My husband had to go buy chlorine and scrub the grime off of the floor! They cancel your renew for the next week! Jaith at the front desk is nothing but a smart Alek! Anyone we’ve talked to has attitude because none of them kniw their job! They lie and tell you they renew your room and then you get a call they canceled it! The place needs shut down! The office is open 11-7 , how do you run a business by telling your customers to call the maintenance man to get your key and your receipt after the office closes???? This place needs shut down!
Suggested solution:
Close the business and train all new people and start over and reimburse us for cleaning and washing the sheets and the aggravation of the whole experience
