My complaint:
Everything this ridiculous the level of professionalism at this location. I have been here for over 9 months and Mike as well as most representatives at this location are very rude and unprofessional. I will be leaving and will follow-up with BBB and file a formal complaint as well as Yelp. The rooms haven’t been cleaned in over 6 months so the least that your staff could do would be more accommodating. I will be leaving soon but again this is a constant issue and it is probably the reason you don’t offer a customer service number. However, I will be filing a formal complaint with any entity that governs procedures and policy.

It doesn't matter as I'm only doing this for documentation purposes.
