My complaint:
My brother currently reside at In Town Suites in Dallas on Forest Lane and he has a serious bedbug problem in the room he has been assigned to. He has spoken to the manager on several occasions and the manager is constantly giving him excuses on when she can come check his room or send anyone to check the room. First it was 2 hours now she can’t do anything because her computer is down. Well if the computer is down she has time to check my brothers room. My brother is a retired man and he’s being bitten and has no play e to go as he has no vehicle. I feel that In Town Suites management is showing a lack of concern for public health on it’s property.
Suggested solution:
Send UN a maintenance crew and get rid if these bedbugs and put my brother in another room that is bedbug free.. If this cannot be resolved Z I will be forced to go public with my complaint with photos of the property, bedbugs and address of this property. I am also a retiree and a disabled veteran and the excuses management giving my brother are unacceptable. Hes lived there for over 4 months.
