My complaint:
I checked in didn’t go to my room until hours later, it was after dark. When I stepped in the room I honestly thought it was a joke! Roaches crawling on the walls, roach on an opened packet of salt on kitchen sink, dead roaches under the refrigerator, roaches crawling on toilet seat, roaches on the shower curtain, right above shower where the wall meets ceiling there were black gobs of eggs (or bed bug infested), the shower head was missing, I opened the lid to where the control panel for AC is roaches came crawling out of this! I got all of my belongings got the hell out of there! I have never!!! I paid 420. for 7 days now they are giving me the run around about returning my money! I am appalled that this place is still running! They are unfair, cruel, they are crooks! Please help!!
