My complaint:
Someone in room 221 is selling drugs and smoking marijuana in their room. My mother said she smells it all the time and it’s bothering her. She is older and cannot deal with it. I called to hotel and they said it wasn’t much that they could do.
Suggested solution:
Remove the person selling and doing drugs
