My complaint:

To whom it may concern I’m filing this complaint due to management as well as workers in the office continues to packet my money. I’m the owner and and have experienced amnesia due to a military explosion and blunt force trauma to my head but I’m taking medication and it’s helping me to regain my memory and I know now that I am the owner of InTown Suites I do remember now. Office workers call me dumb stupid ignorant over the phone. And refused to comply what I am asking now I am not giving them any more money to pocket and I’m the owner I pay them. I’ve also paid in town suites on President drive as well in Orlando Florida then they did the same thing pocket my money and I’m the owner they know it. And having me feel like an guest. My property ID number 1461-2 also 14630-11. I’ve reported this matter to the police and my attorney as well. This the same incident has happened several times. And needs to be addressed to employees at both sites to stop stealing from me. And return every penny they took from me every week.

Suggested solution:

Return every penny address the issue and I wanted to stop and termination as well. Let employees know I am their boss and I am the owner.
