InTown Suites complaint: Christina perkins

My complaint:

I’ve been here since July 2020 nobody has came to clean room yet . I was told clean day was on Thursday to be told by office manager we only clean when check out. I’ve tried to get knew linens and towels to be told none clean or get own staff is real rude and disrespectful. I’ve been getting help from agency since about October last year move different room bugs real bad orkin man just come in walk in and back out check one trap sad. The manager was charging agency the rent for king but I’m in double now that’s main concern not right should be paid up through March 2021 I’ve been told to leave on numerous occasions or by 16 if can’t pay. I think he been talking advantage of and it’s not fair not the only one

Suggested solution:

I think need to have more happy productive people friendly folks in office. We're all going through something at this time need people to understand that and not tell client business to other workers in or take funds not for them. I think also all rooms need to be clean weekly thoroughly or at least offer to and give resident opportunity due it self. I hope this is taken in full consideration also shouldn't be in employee onsite or off-site dating another rumors to be checked on .
