My complaint:
ive been a guest since nov 21 2020 i started noticing water damage in my room kept approaching front desk and nothing. asked to be moved but both managers were out with covid but new manager did nothing about it
Suggested solution:
i would appreciate a refund for a week that i had to endure dealing with the leaking pipe
