My complaint:
Was told at time of checking Thursday was my cleaning day. Been hear 2wk now. Last week no one came to clean. So I asked cleaning lady, and was told I wasn’t on her list.went to office and was told it would be done Fri. Trash was needing taken out, so I asked friend to bring me couple trash bags.baged it up and carried it down elevator to room where the cleaning team take their carts. Was going to ask where I could put it, but no one in there.i looked cross hall to front desk n seenlady behind counter n housekeeper looking at me kinda crazy. When I asked them, very politely was told to take it to dumpster. They said rite over there. Had to have friend drive bag of trash around to dumpster. I just had heart surgery 3 days before coming here. And it was very cold,snowing, n slippery. Now this week same thing. Nothing Thursday,so Fri. Ask housekeeper who says not on her list.go to office am told i can bring my sheets down n get new ones. Was told room being cleaned 1 day a week as stated at ck in was not included in the price,when I asked for discount or something since I’m getting ready to pay another week.
Suggested solution:
At least some kinda discount like my first week I pd 266.86 than was told this week was moor n pd 300.68. How about at least another week for 266.86
