My complaint:
Good afternoon
My name is Dewey Evans I am staying at one of your hotels in Houston it is incredibly ridiculous to maintain my sanity at this hotel which I’m staying the reason is I checked in on a Saturday, 31 July I paid for one week I paid 300 and some odd dollars when I first came in the place it was beautiful and then the more I stood the more I see it started off I had no remote control the first night I stayed here the next following day I use the bathroom and it would not flush same night the air conditioner leaked all over the floor it took them two days to fix it I don’t believe they turned into the maintenance man until the second day because they were short staffed and the woman at the front desk told me there’s nobody here they went home early I didn’t know I was staying at a bank I thought this was a hotel I am requesting a refund from your hotel I’m your corporate office in the last day I still here which is Friday today she comes knocking at the door the manager slam in the door down telling me to get out this is your day to check out I told her no this is the seventh day I have a receipt in my truck she said go get your receipt luckily I kept my receipt I took my receipt downstairs and there was a lady of color telling me that I will have to leave I told her you don’t want to check me and you should know better than anybody that I had today in my checkout date is tomorrow on the eighth so from the 31st until the sixth is a seven day they wanted me to get out for the day I paid for how many customers have they done this to how much money have they been putting in their pocket that’s all I have to say thank you for your time here is my telephone number
