My complaint:
I stayed in an intown suites in Columbia sc in September. I’ve been trying ever since to get a refund for my room as I couldn’t stay there with my children more than 2 days. We were bit the room smelled foul, and there was blood and bugs everywhere
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for the missed days, changed flights, and the bed bug bites my newborn son had all over his face and body. Not to mention making my family stay in a room covered in blood during COVID-19 pandemic
