My complaint:

When I arrived the Intown suites with the reservation the manager told me that my One bedroom was not available so I took the two bedroom and asked her when a one bed was available if she could let me know she said yes. Been here for over three weeks now and I call every other day and ask if there’s a one bed available when she tells me now so I finally decided to get on the phone with reservations the one 800 number and asked him if there was one bed available and they said there’s a mini one beds available and I took the phone downstairs while I was on reservations and talk to the manager and she said that they don’t know what they’re talking about and that she’s not moving me to a one bed. All I want to do is move into a one bed because that’s all that I needed and that’s what was agreed upon because they messed up the reservations when I came. He’s totally unprofessional and completely un-understanding. I paid $200 more a month for a bed that I don’t use and she refuses to move me rooms when there is one beds available.

Suggested solution:

Move me to a one bed room!
