My complaint:
I booked a room online for today. I get to the intown at check in time to be told their are no rooms available and check out time was at 12pm. It’s 6:11 and still don’t have a room. This is a big inconvenience to me because I came from out of town. I keep trying to call the front desk but no answer. I may not get a room until tomorrow.
Suggested solution:
Give me a free night for today that I missed due to no rooms.
