My complaint:
I received an email on December 11,2020 that Instacart shoppers who meet certain requirements shall receive a bonus within a week. The requirements are that shoppers who have finished 200 batches in 2020 shall receive a bonus as low as $50 and as high as $500. I have not received any bonus and can’t get straight answers when speaking to Instacart via chat.
