My complaint:
My driver was Whitney I have had stuff delivered to my front door multiple times besides this driver decide to leave my groceries in snow and water in front of my building knowing that the directions state building F apartment 3 she should’ve brought it in there was no need for her to leave it out in the snow and everything now she will not be getting any 10 stars or whatever I give her a zero. She left it out there where someone could of snagged it. Have never had a driver do this. I am very hurt that someone grabbed my groceries and now I am out of stuff so I have to call my parents to do it. So disappointed in this person.
Suggested solution:
Come inside building and knock at the door of my apartment that’s what it says to do not leave at my door. What else needs to be resolved should bring me groceries for free due to I had to go to the store with family to get the stuff that ordered and yet never got it. The pic I am send n is the pic that the lady took when she sent it to me I asked her y she didn’t bring inside she had nothing to say. I am disabled n yet I have never been treated this way too very
