My complaint:

Instacart charged me a membership fee when I didn’t sign up for a membership . I have called twice asking for a refund. I’ve been given a lot of lies and false promises since 121621 on I refused. However, today I was told the membership was never canceled and that they don’t see ticket 123764 210. I have been placed on hold 8x’s this morning, each hold lasts about 10 minutes. I have asked to speak to the supervisor, and again I am placed on hold. Chris, cs has no idea what to say and seems like he is being coached on what to say. The supervisor name Richard stated that refund within 24 hours.
