My complaint:
I ordered a pack of 4 5.3 oz containers of yogurt for $4.99, however, I only received 1 single 5.3 oz container yet was charged the full amount of $4.99. After explaining the issue twice to the customer service agent, I was told that the vendor (grocery store) sets the pricing on the Instacart website and that I was charged correctly. I physically went to the grocery store, and spoke with one of their customer service reps who assured me that I was correct, they were not charging $4.99 for one 5.3 oz container of yogurt. I went back to the Instacart customer service agent, explained the issue once again, and was told that I was incorrect, that I need to review their pricing policies, and to have a good day.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund for the $4.99 sales tax, considering I did not get the correct item that I ordered.
