My complaint:
I was unexpectedly deactivated by Instacart as a shopper for two incidents reported by customer without proof other than the customer’s statement. Instacart did not even take into consideration my appeal when I have a 4.8 rating out of 5. I believe the customer complaints were not valid as I wouldn’t risk my job by taking an item or not delivering the order at all. I thought Instacart was transparent and supported their shoppers but it appears not.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate if they reactivate my shopper status so I can again provide a much needed service to the community and earn money so I do not need to rely on unemployment. Thank you for assisting me with my issue.
