My complaint:
I was very angry with my order, after the shoper ed the information with me, she still bought the wrong item after I told her that she chose the wrong item. However, when I reported this to the APP, it only refunded the price of my product. My order was only one kind and then it was all the wrong stuff. Why do I have to pay DELIVERY FEE and service charges and surcharges for the wrong purchase? ?
