Instacart complaint: My total charge on my receipt doesn’t match the store receipt

My complaint:

I get it everybody has to make money, but what I complain about the fees that are charged to use your service. I just got my groceries and the shopper left the store receipt in the bag and I was shocked to see that you charged me $21.41 over the store price. Not only that you also charged me $12.21 service fee, that adds up to $33.62 over the original price of my groceries. What am I saving….I consider this a complete rip off especially now after covid that all food prices are sky high. Im a senior and struggling to pay my bills. I have no choice but to use a delivery service because I am no longer able to carry or push a shopping cart. How do you sleep at night knowing you are taking advantage of those who fight to make it day to day

Suggested solution:

be kind and considerate especially during these times. Being an instacart member doesn't save you any money. Reconsider your charges and think about those who's tables are empty because they cannot afford the simple things in life....like food
