TWICE ORDERED GROCERIES FROM PICK N SAVE AND TWICE DELIVERY DELIVERY PUSHED BACK MORE THAN AN HOUR.

Suggested solution:

DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS YOU CANNOT COMPLETE
YOU LEAVE THE CUSTOMER HANGING, NOT ACCEPTABLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!
