My complaint:
My friend lost his job just because of failure of delivery. When he clearly saw they had brought the food inside before leaving. They emailed him for two failure, when in the policy it said that his account will not be deactivated unless he did 30 batches when he only did 21 batches. I even read the terms they had said, and it said that they will show all informations when something goes wrong. and all they sent him was two dates and nothing more to fix it. He tried to email them back, and they said to stop emailing them and blocked his emails. I even tried to call them, and all the phone numbers i found said it was out of services. During covid times, they shouldn’t be treating their workers horrible. If anything they shouldn’t be in business and the customers should get their own food, since they want to be unfair to everyone else that works for them.
Suggested solution:
They should reactive his account and starting caring for the workers and not the customers. We have every right to fight against this. and let the rich do whatever to people that needs help. We all have a family to feed
