My complaint:
I read in an article that instacart is giving out bonuses to its shoppers who have worked thru the pandemic, I am one of those shoppers. However, when my friend had received his bonus and I didn’t, I contacted instacart support only to be told that if I didn’t get an email than I was not getting a bonus. I asked for more details on why I would or would not be getting a bonus and was told nothing. I asked for a supervisor and was told that the supervisor would have nothing more to add. I worked all throughout this pandemic and I feel I deserve a bonus or at least an explanation of why I don’t get one.

Tell me why I'm not getting a bonus or give me the bonus
