My complaint:

I’ve cancelled my annual subscription due to the previous the lack of service from the company and on the drivers part; I was literally walking up to my yard and the driver returned my items because I didnt answer my cell THE BATTERY HAD DIED AS I WAS WALKING UP TO THE HOUSE AND THE DRIVER WHO WAS STILL THERE TOOK ALL OF MY ORDER BACK BECAUSE I HADNT ANSWERED THE CELL PHONE! OR THE DOORBELL. BY THAT TIME THE DRIVER HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED BY THE COMPANY TO TAKE BACK ALL OF THE ORDER.
This time I was home but could not answer the phone in time SO rather than KNOCK OR RING THE BELL the driver left my order in the yard and not on the porch as usual, and WHY was this order NOT returned? why only the alcohol portion was returned???

EMIAL A RECEIPT REFLECTING THE CORRECT CHARGES FOR MY ORDER AND PROOF THAT I WAS NOT CHARGED IMMEDIATELY
I TRIED CALLING AND GOT AN OUT OF COUNTRY CALL CENTER AND A SAD YOUNG MAN THAT COULD NOT EVEN UTTER A WORD OTHER THAN SAY RIGHT OR HOLD ON WHILE HE SEARCHED HIS SCRIPT
PERHAPS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD REVIEW THE PROCEDURES FOR CONTACTING CUSTOMERS AND ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS USING COMMON SENSE ON THE DRIVERS PART
