My complaint:

I have called and complained about damaged merchandise and was told I would receive a refund which I never received. It is also instacarts policy to hold a greater amount than the actual purchase and then return the difference which they have not. When you call customer service they blatantly lie.

Suggested solution:

Return my money as promised
