My complaint:
IF YOU MARK ITEMS DO NOT SUBSTITUTE, THE SHOPPERS AT INSTACART PAY NO ATTENTION. THEY OBVIOULSY BUY WHAT THEY WANT, NOT WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME 3 TIMES IN A ROW, WHERE I CHECK DO NOT SUBSTITUTE AND I STILL GET SUBSTITUTIONS. INSTACART SHOULD TRAIN THEIR BUYERS TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS, NOT WHAT THE SHOPPER WANTS! I DON’T THINK I WILL USE INSTACART AGAIN, I WILL DO MY OWN SHOPPING! VERY INEFFICIENT PEOPLE WORKING AT INSTACART!
