My complaint:

Want to cancel an account I had thought I cancelled a while ago. Their site makes it almost impossible to actually talk to a human. Have had to reset my password several times and still haven’t been able to talk to someone. No complaints about the service, simply a service no longer needed.

Suggested solution:

Cancel my account and notify me its resolved
