My complaint:

I received an email from Instacart reminding me to use my $15 creidt before it expired. There was no expiration date mentioned. So immediately,I placed an order with Harps Foods. However, the $15.00 didn’t show up off my order.

I tried to contact instacart but kept getting tranferred and basically passed off. So I cancelled the order to Harps.

I tired to order again today and the same problem happened. This time the instacart spokeswoman had me send a copy of the $15 email from them.. She said it had expired. I asked how did she know as there was no expiration date. She said she had that information. I again cancelled my order with Harps and told her not to send me any more instacart deals.

I am 83 years old and appreicated this service but not if they are going to be so deceptive..

Suggested solution:

They should restore my $15 coupon and in the future put expiration dates on them.
