My complaint:
A customer cancelled the order after I had already shopped for it and was about to deliver. So I completely the order and then instacart calls me telling me that my account was deactivated but would be up and running again in a few hours with a bonus.
I got an email stating that it’s deactivated until I make an appeal. The guy who called right after the incident told me he’d call me back. Never did. Now I can’t call them back and there’s no way to reactivate my account without them.
Suggested solution:
Give me my account back with the promised bonus of $110.50
