My complaint:

Instacart has yet to remove my lowest ratings. I’ve completed 112 orders since my lowest rating and was promised it would be fixed. Nearly two months later, the same two ratings remain.

Suggested solution:

Remove the lowest ratings. Enclosed are my proofs of batches completed during the time I received my two lowest ratings.
