My complaint:
The instacart shoppers are so rude! They run other customers over. Are rude to us workers and always cramming their phones in are faces saying give me this! Or they jump in line while you doing a customers order saying well I’m instacart I need this now!!!! They want us to show them the same stuff over and over again. We are the ones shopping for them and they are getting paid. Very wrong.
Suggested solution:
What ever happened to the politeness. They should wait their turn. Read their item that they need to us. We don’t mind getting it and it makes are job easier so we can get them in and out faster. Don’t come saying give me. Remember we say hi how can we help you. They should be respectful back.
