My complaint:
So I’ve been with Instacart for three years, and they won’t answer me why they won’t work on my account they keep taking stars for no reason they keep holding me down, and all I get is the very worst of the worst so I sit with those other shoppers, every one of them are a different race every one of them get a high-paying batches Then I got told by an agent that maybe if Mike skin color was different
Suggested solution:
Fixing my account to where it should be, and I’m not allowing agents to change whatever they want. They don’t wanna pay right to quit paying extra heavy batches. They quit paying mileage and now they just keep taking my stars name is nobody and then when I tried to text to talk to somebody, they don’t answer me they just hang up or they just sit there.
