My complaint:
I purchased $57.00 in food on 02042023. Instacart charged me $41.58 in totalled fees. The fees are outrageous and ridiculous. I paid practically more in fees. Where is the actual benefit in using Instacart. I want some form of credit.
Suggested solution:
Either partial refund or credit.
